Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PM International Consulting ("PMI", "we", "us", or "our") website and the enquiry of our AI modeling, ERP implementation, and manufacturing consulting services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
PMI provides consulting services related to AI modeling, ERP system implementation, and manufacturing and joinery process optimization, primarily for businesses operating in New Zealand and Australia. Specific engagements, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed separately in writing (for example, in a proposal or services agreement) between PMI and the client before work begins.
Website Use
This website is provided for general informational purposes about PMI and its services. Content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of PMI unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Free Audit & Enquiries
Requesting a "Free Audit" or otherwise contacting PMI through this website does not itself create a contractual obligation on either party. Any engagement for paid services will be subject to a separate agreement outlining scope, fees, and terms.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve integration with or configuration of third-party software platforms (such as Smartsheet, CabinetVision, Pro100, Microvellum, Xero, MYOB, or Crystal Payroll). Use of those platforms is subject to the respective third party's own terms and licensing, which are separate from these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on general information provided on it. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a separately agreed services contract, which is governed by the terms of that contract.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
